All Text Control licenses are permanent. You can continue to use the purchased product after your subscription period ends.
You can continue to use the licensed products for as long as you require. Subscription expiry means that you will no longer receive future product updates unless you upgrade. It is possible to renew your subscription at a lower cost than buying a new license, if you do so within 30 days after the expiry date.

Yes. A license can be transferred from one developer to another. Please note that the first developer will no longer allowed to use the software.

This includes direct access to the support engineers by telephone, e-mail and online chat. All support requests are free of charge for active subscriptions.
