DEXTSolution
DEXTSolution (Formerly DEVPIA) is a portal site for the professional developer community that was constructed in 2000 under the motto of "developer's utopia". DEXTSolution is one of the world's largest developer communities consisting of over 290,000 members and has 60,000 daily visitors, 583 user groups, 50,000 news monthly updates, 48 professional managers, and 120 professional instructors. In January 2001, the company started the first .NET community in Korea where many developers are able to view and share source code. In 2002, DEVPIA received an award from the president of Microsoft, Bill Gates, for activities in the developer community. Main activities involve .NET consulting, online education, operation of off-line seminars, development and distribution of software, and the development and selling of the DEXTUpload Component.
Redgate Software
Redgate Software counts Microsoft, HP, Sage, Bank of America, AT&T, the US Treasury and over 9,000 other leading organizations as customers of its software development tools. There are over 100,000 Microsoft technology DBAs, developers and testers currently using Redgate products. The company believes that by producing simple tools that solve the technical problems of Microsoft technology professionals it will continue to add value to the software development community. Therefore, it does not sell 'integrated' software with large, often unnecessary, feature sets. Redgate was founded in 1999 and moved to Cambridge at the start of the year 2000. It is a privately owned and managed company. Its focus is on Microsoft technologies. Redgate was chosen as a Global Gold Launch Partner for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and are a Visual Studio Integration Program partner.
Xceed Software
Xceed Software creates, markets and distributes quality software components for Microsoft Windows developers. Since its launch in 1994, Xceed has been devoted exclusively to the Microsoft platform. The company's very first product, Xceed Zip Compression Library, was first offered as a VBX for Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0 and has been so successful that it has been migrated to every Microsoft platform since, including ActiveX, the .NET Framework, and the .NET Compact Framework. Today, Xceed's product line can be grouped into two main categories: Data Manipulation components and User Interface components. The Data Manipulation components include Compression, Encryption and File Transfer libraries. The User Interface components include Grid, Chart, Menus, Toolbars, Treeviews, Explorer Panes and other interface controls.
