Founded in November 1992, Bennet-Tec is a Microsoft recognized ISV, and an active and respected leader in the field of software components, beginning with the ALLText TM component, first launched in June 1993.
Bennet-Tec is fully committed to Internet technologies including Java and Microsoft's VB Script. All recent editions of Bennet-Tec components are supported for use on Web pages within Microsoft Internet Explorer, and for use as elements of Active Server Pages for use in conjunction with Microsoft Internet Information Server.
Bennet-Tec components are currently being used by NASA, Continental Airlines, Verizon, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, IBM, Lotus, The Bank of Switzerland, Prodigy, Fidelity Investments, the US Department of State, The US House of Representatives, the World Bank and many other satisfied customers.
Steema Software
Steema Software SL is a privately owned company dedicated to the development of software tools for application developers. Since 1997 Steema's TeeChart Charting tool has been incorporated by Borland in it's Delphi programming environment. In 2000 the company was established to market, distribute and support the tools developed by its founder members. TeeChart is available for a wide variety of development environments. Steema's onward development of its products, always in response to customer requirements and Steema's perception of technical futures, stands to maintain the product amongst the leaders in its field and to offer a quality developer solution for the future.
Abstraction Systems
Established in 2000, Abstraction Systems is dedicated to the development of reliable high quality .NET components and applications. Since its foundation, the company has been providing consulting services and developing component-based software systems for large Swiss companies from the financial and industrial sector. The acquired know-how developing components for large scaled two- and three-tiered systems is now also used to create components for the component market. ToolTipsFactory for .NET is the first result of this diversification and more will follow. The idea for this first commercial component came about because many of the hundreds of users using our systems were complaining about the tool tips being too small and the content too limited to be of much use. With the introduction of early prototypes of the ToolTipsFactory in these corporate applications the complaints changed. Now the users want these kinds of tooltips for all their other windows applications too.
