Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

Website License, Internal License, SaaS Perpetual License, Enterprise Perpetual License and OEM Perpetual Licence are perpetual.

The Next Unicorn License and SaaS Annunal License are annual.

What happens after my subscription period ends?

For Perpetual Licenses: When the subscription period ends, you may continue to use the software, but will not be eligible for future updates unless you purchase a renewal.

For Annual Licenses: When the subscription period ends, you must purchase a subscription renewal in order to continue using the software.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes - ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade my license?

Upgrades are included for a specific time period with each license. See the specification table for more information.

Can I add more developers to my license?

Only the license key is required for registration.
