Web Front End (WFE) servers are the servers in your deployment that run the Web Application service. You need to purchase one license for each WFE Server. A unique license key is provided for each WFE Server in your deployment. To determine the number of WFE servers, please log into your SharePoint Central Administration website or contact your SharePoint administrator.

The Annual License needs to be renewed on a yearly basis to continue to use the software otherwise the product will expire.

After successfully placing your order, your purchase will be registered with Collabion and a Software Certificate will be emailed to you along with download and installation instructions.

The Perpetual License includes 1 Year of Support and Upgrades in the first year. To continue to receive support and upgrade you will need to purchase a subscription renewal. With a Perpetual License you can continue to use the software after the Subscription period ends.

Collabion Data Grid for SharePoint Licensing

One software license is required per Web Front End Server per year.

Web Front End (WFE) servers are the servers in your deployment that run the Web Application service. You could determine the number of WFE servers from SharePoint Central Administration website or contact your SharePoint administrator. You must activate each WFE server in your deployment with a unique license key.

Licensed on an Annual or Perpetual License.
The Annual Subscription License requires you purchase an Annual License each year to continue using the software.
The Perpetual License allows you to continue using the software after the Subscription period has expired however you will need to renew the Subscription to continue to receive support and upgrades.

Subscription includes all updates and support during the subscription period.
