One software license is required per user. All updates and upgrades included for 1 Year.

Standard Service (Included with any Doc-To-Help purchase) includes:

  • All updates and upgrades for 1 Year
  • Unlimited email support
  • Unlimited online support
  • Community forums
  • Knowledgebase access

Platinum Service includes all Standard Service features and:

  • Unlimited phone support (available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, USA, except weekends and holidays)
  • FastTrack 24 hour response (Excludes weekend and holidays)

Upgrade Price Options : For customers that own a previous Doc-To-Help version or a current ComponentOne product.

Renewal Price Options: For customers with a current subscription license. Must renew before expiration date.

If you have purchased the Doc-To-Help Enterprise DemoWorks Bundle then you only need to purchase a subscription renewal for Doc-To-Help Enterprise, there is no subscription renewal for the DemoWorks product.

Please, note that this product requires activation. Several activation methods are provided (Online, Over the phone, etc..), however, should you require any assistance during the activation process, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
