The DWGViewX ActiveX Control is licensed as a Royalty-Free License.

Royalty-Free License: A Royalty-Free License permits the licensee to utilize designated software components or user interface controls for a one-time fee, enabling unlimited implementation across projects without recurring royalty obligations.
At any type of license, your Derived Works should not compete with AutoDWG product directly.
