We had an error in our application (in Chrome), in which we had version 13 of Dynamic Web TWAIN. We were told from Dynamsoft that we should update to version 17 of Dynamic Web TWAIN.

We bought the license and we continue with the same error. We were finally able to fix it, but Dynamsoft lied to us. It also took a LONG time to receive QUALIFIED help from Dynamsoft to configure the new license.

By ComponentSource a 10 in every way. We complain about Dynamsoft.
