New Licenses

New FusionCharts Suite XT licenses are available as Annual Licenses or Perpetual Licenses. Annual Licenses must be renewed each year to continue to use the software. Perpetual Licenses allow you to use the software indefinitely and include a renewable 12 months support and upgrade subscription.

Purchasing a FusionCharts Suite XT renewal extends your Annual License or Support and Upgrade Subscription period for a further year. The subscription element (Software Updates and Support) of a Perpetual License may still be renewed annually.

SaaS & OEM Licenses

A SaaS license allows you to embed FusionCharts within your own product. An OEM license is suitable for OEM applications installed on your customer's infrastructure, and to distribute FusionCharts along with your product. Live Chat with us to discuss your requirements.

 

Co-term / Alignment

FAQs

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

FusionCharts Suite XT licenses are available as both annual or perpetual licenses. For further information, please see the License Agreement.

What happens after my Support subscription expires?

For Perpetual Licenses when the Support Subscription period ends, you may continue to use the software without further updates, upgrades or support, or purchase a renewal in order to extend the support and maintenance period.

Can I co-term (align) my existing licenses?

Yes. ComponentSource can arrange to co-term your licenses, even if they were not originally purchased through us. Please call us or to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade my license?

You can upgrade the quantity of your licenses to extend to additional developers. You can also upgrade from previous license types to the current subscription model. Please contact ComponentSource for a personalized quote.

Can I add a new license to my existing FusionCharts account?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I buy an old product version?

FusionCharts does not sell new licenses for previous versions. However if you own a previous license type and require more licenses or wish to move to the latest licensing models please contact us.

Can I install my license on more than one machine?

Yes. FusionCharts is licensed per developer. There is no restriction on the number of machines it is used on, provided each developer is licensed.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

No. A 1 Developer License is not transferable and can only be used by the individual in whose name it is purchased.

What type of support do I get?

FusionCharts support prioritization is based on license tier - tickets from higher-tier customers are given precedence and assigned to dedicated engineers for resolution. Platinum Support is available in addition to the existing support plan, this adds live chat for technical support, and priority handling of reported issues.

Does this product require online / offline activation?

No. FusionCharts products are pre-activated and do not require a key.
