We can supply any UltraEdit All Access license including Annual Subscriptions Educational Subscriptions, and Renewals.

One software license is required per user, per year*.
An active Subscription License is required to continue to use the software.
You will need to purchase Subscription License Renewals before your current Subscription expires in order to keep your Subscription active.

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

UltraEdit All Access is available as an Annual Subscription.

What happens after my Annual Subscription License period ends?

When the Annual Subscription License period ends, you must purchase a subscription renewal in order to continue using the software.

Can I upgrade / downgrade my license?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I add more developers to my license?

It is possible to co-term new licenses to the same date as existing licenses, but it is no longer possible to combine license keys, or add new licenses to an existing license key.

What type of support do I get?

All UltraEdit All Access licenses come with technical support via email. Users with a current Subscription License are entitled to priority support. Visit the UltraEdit Support Page for further information.

Does UltraEdit All Access require online / offline activation?

UltraEdit products support offline activation.

Can I buy an old product version?

UltraEdit do not sell previous versions directly, however purchasing a license will provide the customer with a key for the current version, which will also work with previous versions. UltraEdit will provide a paid customer with a link to download a previous version, but please note that there is limited support for previous versions.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

Yes, provided the license is owned and disseminated by the developer's employer. The license includes built-in protections so that its permitted use is not exceeded. Licensing within a corporate environment is per-unique-user, per-system. The unique user can be reassigned as is reasonable for typical employee turnover. However if a "floating" license is needed, where multiple people might be accessing the license on a single system, a concurrent license purchase would be required.

Is there a discount for academic use?

Yes. Fully functional discounted educational versions are available to non-profit educational institutions.
