We can supply any UltraEdit All Access license including Annual Subscriptions, Perpetual Named User Licenses, Concurrent User Licenses, Educational Licenses, and Renewals.

Annual Subscriptions

One software license is required per user, per year*.
An active Subscription License is required to continue to use the software.
You will need to purchase Subscription License Renewals before your current Subscription expires in order to keep your Subscription active.

IDM All Access includes:

Academic - An Academic license is available to non-profit educational institutions.

Perpetual Licenses

Named User: You may install the software on up to 3 machines, on any combination of supported platforms, provided you are the sole user of the software. If you purchase multiple Named User licenses, each individual Named User will receive a separate license ID.

Concurrent User: Licensed per machine where multiple users access the application but only one at a time. For example If multiple people need to use the software at one time, then you would simply need enough concurrent licenses to cover the concurrent usage. For example, if you had the software installed on a server with 100 users, but only 10 people needed to use it at a time, you would need 10 concurrent licenses.

FAQs

Is the license permanent (perpetual) or temporal (time-limited)?

UltraEdit All Access is available as a Perpetual License or an Annual Subscription.

Perpetual License - allows you to use the software in perpetuity.

Annual Subscription - available as a 1 Year or 2 Year Subscription. Allows you to use the software for the specified period after the purchase date.

What happens after my Annual Subscription License period ends?

When the Annual Subscription License period ends, you must purchase a subscription renewal in order to continue using the software.

Can I upgrade / downgrade my license?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I add more developers to my license?

It is possible to co-term new licenses to the same date as existing licenses, but it is no longer possible to combine license keys, or add new licenses to an existing license key.

What type of support do I get?

All UltraEdit All Access licenses come with technical support via email. Users with a current Subscription License are entitled to priority support. Visit the UltraEdit Support Page for further information.

Does UltraEdit All Access require online / offline activation?

UltraEdit products support offline activation.

Can I buy an old product version?

UltraEdit do not sell previous versions directly, however purchasing a license will provide the customer with a key for the current version, which will also work with previous versions. UltraEdit will provide a paid customer with a link to download a previous version, but please note that there is limited support for previous versions.

Can a license be transferred from one developer to another?

Yes, provided the license is owned and disseminated by the developer's employer. The license includes built-in protections so that its permitted use is not exceeded. Licensing within a corporate environment is per-unique-user, per-system. The unique user can be reassigned as is reasonable for typical employee turnover. However if a "floating" license is needed, where multiple people might be accessing the license on a single system, a concurrent license purchase would be required.

Is there a discount for academic use?

Yes. Fully functional discounted educational versions are available to non-profit educational institutions.
