The Report Designer is NOT royalty-free and may NOT be distributed as part of VSView Reporting Edition. If you wish to distribute it as part of your applications, please contact ComponentSource. VSVIEW Reporting Edition is part of ComponentOne Studio Enterprise and the ComponentOne Studio for ActiveX.
This product is sold on a Subscription basis (excluding the Report Designer). The subscription entitles you to updates each quarter for this product up to one year after purchase. Your subscription starts the moment you purchase the product and will expire one year later at midnight 1 day previous to the date purchased. For example if you purchase at 16:00 on 04/05/2004 then your subscription will expire at 23:59 on 03/05/2005. This is from DATE OF PURCHASE, and not DATE OF REGISTRATION. If you wish to continue to receive updates for this product you will need to renew (or repurchase) your subscription.
