ArtfulBits was established by enterprising Professionals with a strong IT background in March 2005. The company's development center is situated in Lviv, in the West of Ukraine and the representative office is placed in Czech Republic. ArtfulBits provides custom software development and IT outsourcing services for its clients from the USA, Canada and Europe. In December 2007 it employed over 60 highly qualified and talented IT specialists.

Raynet
Raynet is a leading and innovative service and solution provider in information technology and specialized in the architecture, development, implementation and operation of all tasks within "Application Lifecycle Management". Raynet’s Headquarters is in Paderborn and presently has additional locations throughout Germany, the USA, Poland and UK. For over 20 years, Raynet has supported hundreds of customers and partners with its products and solutions for Enterprise Application Management projects worldwide. These include license management, software packaging, software deployment, migrations, client engineering and much more.
Smart Package Robot
Smart Package Robot are located in Germany in the historical Town of Dettenheim. They started the "Ghost-Hand" Project with the idea, that the computer shall behave "like a ghost" and move the mouse and press keys on the keyboard. This functionality was typically used for automated installations. It was around the same time as Microsoft released Windows 98, when the first versions of the "Robot“ were used in commercial projects. There was a need for products that could do all sorts of automated installations without the user needing to do anything. Since then Smart Package Robot (SPR) (and OEM-Products that use their components and are sold under other names) have been continuously enhanced, adding new features and adapting to new and changing Microsoft Windows versions. Smart Package Robot have built up many years of experience in the field of visual automation which is reflected in their product which contains many complex features.
