One License Required per Web Front End Server (WFE). 3 Price Levels based on the number of SharePoint users: 

Small Business (0 – 499 SharePoint users)

Corporate (500 – 2500 SharePoint users)

Enterprise (2501 and over SharePoint users)

Pricing example:  if you have 3 Web Front End Servers and 600 SharePoint users in your organization the pricing would be:
3 (number of WFE’s) Corporate Level Licenses (500 or more SharePoint Users)

ComponentOne WebParts for SharePoint include 1 Year Subscription. This subscription entitles you to minor and major updates of the product during one year.

Your subscription starts the moment you purchase the product and will expire one year later at midnight 1 day previous to the date purchased. For example if you purchase at 16:00 on 04/05/2011 then your subscription will expire at 23:59 on 03/05/2012. This is from DATE OF PURCHASE, and not DATE OF REGISTRATION. If you wish to continue to receive updates for this product you will need to renew (or repurchase) your subscription.

Upgrade Price options: To qualify for upgrade pricing you will need an expired C1 Chart for Sharepoint Subscription License or a ComponentOne Studio or a Doc-To-Help License.
