Q. I have lost my password? - How can I retrieve it?
A. Don't panic! Go to "My Account", click on "Personal Profile" then on the "Forgotten your Password?" link. Your password will be automatically sent to you.

Q. I would like to change my password - How do I do that?
A. Passwords can be changed online from the Web site. Go to "My Account", logon and then select the "Personal Profile" option on the left of the page. On that page you will be able to enter and confirm a new password.

Q. I have changed address - How do I update my mailing address?
A. You can change your address details online from the Web site. Go to "My Account", logon and then select the "Personal Profile" option on the left of the page.

Q. How can I be removed from your mailing list?
A. You can change your mailing options online from the Web site. Go to "My Account", logon and then select the "Personal Profile" option on the left of the page and uncheck "Keep me informed on major product upgrades, news, tips and events".

Q. I would like to review my order history - How can I do that?
A. To review your order history go to "My Account", logon and then select "Previous Orders" on the left of the page. You will be able to view all your order history and access each of your orders by clicking on the Order ID.
