Q: What is a cookie?
A: Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, and are used to exchange information between your Web browser and our Web server. Because the information is saved by your browser, it can maintain information between visits to our Web site. We use cookies to give you a personal "key", allowing you full access to our Web site. Enabling cookies does not give ComponentSource access to any information stored on your computer outside of our cookie.

Q: I am trying to register but when I submit my information an error occurs stating that my email address is already in use. I have never submitted my email address before. Why does this happen?
A: There are two possible reasons for this occurrence. Firstly if you use a universal company address, one of your colleagues may have registered with us already. Secondly your email address may have been registered with us because you have had some form of previous contact with ComponentSource, or attended one of the many exhibitions we attend. Simply choose the email my password option to receive your logon details or contact us.

Q: How do I report a problem?
A: Please see our Reporting a Problem section. We take quality control very seriously and consequently welcome any feedback on products bought from us.
